CHECK-INCheck-in
- Check-in is from 3:00 pm.
- Only guests registered in the reservation may enter or stay at the property.
- A security camera at the entrance is used to confirm the number of guests in the reservation.
- If anyone not registered in the reservation stays overnight, an additional fee of ¥20,000 per person will be charged.
- If you wish to invite a visitor onto the property, please contact us in advance.
CHECK-OUTCheck-out
- Check-out is by 11:00 am.
- An additional fee may apply if you check out late.
- If you would like a late check-out, please contact us in advance.
KITCHENKitchen
- Please feel free to use the cookware and tableware.
- Please use the cookware and tableware inside the villa only, and do not take them outdoors.
- Salt, pepper, olive oil and cooking oil are provided. Please bring any other ingredients or seasonings you need.
- Please always use the ventilation fan when cooking.
- The tap water is safe — and delicious — to drink.
- Please rinse empty cans and bottles and sort them as instructed. Plastic bottles go in the burnable waste.
- All wines in the wine cellar are for sale. Scan the QR code with your smartphone and follow the instructions to pay.
MEALSMeals
- If you have booked dinner, our staff will deliver it at around 7:00 pm. Please be back at the villa by 7:00 pm to receive it.
- If you have booked breakfast, muffins and a koji-infused soup will be waiting in the refrigerator when you check in. Warm them up and enjoy them whenever you like.
TOILETToilet
- Please keep the toilet clean for the next guests.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
- We kindly ask all guests to sit when using the toilet.
- Please do not take toilet paper or other supplies home.
BATHBath
- Please do not take towels, amenities or other supplies home.
- Towels are changed for stays of 4 nights or more. For shorter stays, please contact us in advance if you need extra towels.
SAUNA & COLD BATHSauna & cold bath
- Please do not use the sauna or cold bath after drinking alcohol.
- Check how you feel before using the sauna, and do not use it if you feel unwell.
- Please wear swimwear inside the sauna. Swimwear is not provided, so please bring your own.
- Young children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Please do not bring food or drinks into the sauna.
- After use, make sure the sauna is switched off, and keep the door closed so the interior can dry.
- After using the cold bath, please pull the plug to drain it. Do not put towels, food or drinks in the cold bath.
- In winter, please leave the outdoor tap running with a small trickle of water to prevent the pipes from freezing.
PETSPets
- Pets are not allowed.
- If a pet is brought in without permission, cleaning and deodorizing costs may be charged.
FIREWORKSFireworks
- Fireworks are prohibited for fire safety and out of consideration for our neighbors.
SMOKINGSmoking
- The entire property is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco, both indoors and outdoors.
- If smoking is detected, deodorizing and cleaning costs may be charged.
BEDBeds
- Please do not jump, eat or drink on the beds — this includes children.
- If a bed or bedding is damaged, please let us know right away. Repair or replacement costs may be charged for damage caused intentionally or beyond normal use.
- Sheets are changed for stays of 4 nights or more.
- Please do not move the beds or mattresses.
ELECTRICITYElectricity
- Please turn off the lights and appliances when you go out and when you check out.
- Please use appliances safely according to their instructions. If you notice a problem, stop using it and contact us.
QUIET HOURSQuiet hours
- The villa is in a quiet, natural setting. Please keep noise down from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- Please be especially considerate of our neighbors when talking outdoors or playing music.
- If we receive a complaint from a neighbor, our staff may visit to check the situation.
NATURE & INSECTSNature & insects
- The villa sits in rich natural surroundings, so small visitors such as insects may come inside depending on the season and weather. We appreciate your understanding.
- Insect repellent is available in the bedroom closet.
OTHEROther
- Please remove your shoes at the entrance.
- Please do not take furniture, supplies, cookware or tableware out of the villa.
- Please sort your garbage as instructed.
- Cleaning during your stay is provided for stays of 4 nights or more.
- Repair, replacement or replenishment costs may be charged for damage, soiling, loss or removal of items. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the villa is left excessively dirty.
- Please make sure the front door is locked whenever you go out.
- Please look after your valuables and use the safe provided. We are not responsible for theft, loss or accidents on the property or in the parking area, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.
