Restraining staff, occupying premises or refusing to leave.
Excessive demands, such as demanding kneeling apologies or persistently demanding monetary compensation.
Defamation based on false information, filming to obstruct operations, social media posts or similar conduct.

Article 12 (Baggage, Valuables and Lost Property)
Please notify the Facility in advance if you bring large amounts of cash, precious metals or other valuables. The Facility may refuse them if necessary.
Guests are responsible for their own cash, valuables and belongings, and should use the safe provided.
Unless the Facility has expressly accepted custody, it is not liable for theft, loss or damage of such items except in cases of its intent or gross negligence. The same applies to large amounts of cash and valuables brought in without notice.

If force majeure makes a stay difficult, the Facility will contact the guest promptly and handle changes or cancellations according to the cancellation policy and the Facility’s standards.
Around Mt. Fuji, snow, strong winds and road closures can affect travel. Please plan with time to spare; the Facility is not responsible for delays or changes caused by such conditions unless attributable to the Facility.
Article 18 (Personal Information)
The Facility collects and uses personal information for making and performing agreements, identification, the legally required guest register, safety, emergency response, and providing and improving its services.
