Our original koji-infused soup, full of local vegetables, served with muffins. The gentle sweetness of the vegetables and the umami of koji warm you up on a travel morning — enjoy it slowly, with Mt. Fuji in view.

* Meals are optional and must be booked at least 4 days ahead via the “Meals” field of the form (no dinner on Wednesdays). Wines from the cellar can be paid for on site via the QR code.

Yamanashi is the birthplace of Japanese wine. Our owner, a certified sommelier, stocks the wine cellar with hand-picked Koshu wines — best enjoyed with Mt. Fuji after a sauna session.

We prepare our meals with local shops, so you can taste what makes this region special — no cooking required.
