Yes. Children sharing a bed stay free. Elementary school age and up are charged the adult rate, and ages 3 to pre-elementary the child rate.

The barrel sauna is private to your group. You can use it any time during your stay. Bath and face towels are provided. Swimwear must be worn in the sauna, so please bring your own.

Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival. 50% of the stay is charged from 13 to 7 days before, and 100% from 6 days before to the day of arrival.

Accommodation can be paid by credit card or through booking sites such as Airbnb. Wine is paid on site via the QR code at the wine cellar.

About 15 minutes by car from Kawaguchiko Station (Fujikyu Line). We do not offer a pickup service, so please use a taxi or rental car.

Please order at least 4 days before arrival, using the “Meals” field in the booking & enquiry form. Dinner (kappo bento by Kappo Sasaichi) is delivered at 7 pm; breakfast is koji-infused soup and muffins by iruka no shipo. No dinner on Wednesdays.

In winter, roads can be snowy or icy, so we recommend snow tires or tire chains. Please check the latest road information before you set off.

No. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

The villa is on the north shore of Lake Kawaguchi, near Oishi Park (about 15 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car), known for seasonal flowers and views of Mt. Fuji.
